Psychotherapy Informed Women’s Group
This bi-weekly women’s group is a psychotherapy-informed, process-oriented group experience designed to support emotional healing, self-regulation, and personal growth within a relational context.
Facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist and seasoned ritualist with a masters in transpersonal psychology, both with specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), self-compassion–based mindfulness, and health and wellness optimization, the group integrates evidence-based frameworks with experiential practice. Sessions focus on increasing self-awareness, fostering internal coherence, and strengthening adaptive coping capacities.
The group provides a structured yet relational environment in which participants can:
Explore internal dynamics using IFS (parts work)
Develop self-compassion and mindful awareness
Improve emotional regulation and stress resilience
Experience corrective relational interactions through group process
Strengthen insight, integration, and behavioral flexibility
Group work emphasizes present-moment experience, reflective dialogue, and respectful witnessing. The therapeutic stance prioritizes safety, consent, and pacing, while supporting participants in engaging with both intrapsychic and interpersonal material.
One optional one-day retreat, dates are included to allow for extended practice, integration, and consolidation of therapeutic gains.
This group is appropriate for women seeking a clinically grounded group experience that complements individual therapy or serves as a primary growth modality.

Investment, Commitment & Care
This group is offered as a thoughtfully held, closed-group experience, designed to support trust, continuity, and meaningful connection over time. The financial investment reflects not only the time we spend together, but also the care, preparation, and intention that go into creating a safe and supportive container for this work.
The cost is $100 per group meeting and $275 per one-day retreat. Tuition for the group includes all scheduled group sessions, and retreat tuition covers each full-day, in-person retreat experience.
The total investment for full participation in the group and retreat is $975.
Because consistency and presence matter deeply in group work, enrollment represents a commitment to the full arc of the experience. For this reason, tuition is not based on attendance at individual sessions, and missed meetings are not refunded.
If lunch is offered during retreat days, additional fees will be collected in advance to support meal preparation and related costs. Retreat details and logistics will be shared closer to each date.
Refunds, Changes & Flexibility
Life happens, and at the same time, group work relies on stability and shared commitment. Tuition becomes non-refundable once the group begins, as each participant’s place is reserved and contributes to the integrity of the group. If you need to withdraw prior to the start date, a partial refund may be available, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $100. Retreat fees become non-refundable once retreat planning and reservations are underway.
These policies are in place to honor both individual circumstances and the collective nature of the group.
Payment Options
To support accessibility, payment plan options are available. Participants may choose to pay per group session at $100 per meeting and per retreat at $275, with payments due in advance of each session or retreat. Choosing a payment plan does not change the overall commitment to the group or the total cost; it simply offers flexibility in how payments are made.
If you have questions or concerns about financial commitment, you’re welcome to reach out to discuss whether this group feels like the right fit at this time.
Our Approach
At the intersection of spirituality and psychotherapy lies a shared orientation toward meaning, wholeness, and inner connection. In a women’s group such as this, spirituality is not approached as belief or doctrine, but as an embodied experience of presence, compassion, and connection to something larger than the individual self—whether understood psychologically, relationally, or existentially. Psychotherapy provides the structure, language, and ethical grounding to work safely with emotional and relational material, while spiritual awareness supports qualities such as curiosity, non-judgment, and inner witnessing. Together, these frameworks allow participants to engage in deep psychological healing while also cultivating a sense of purpose, interconnectedness, and trust in their own inner wisdom, all within a grounded, trauma-informed, and relationally attuned group process.
